 I never thought of myself as a technology person and never imagined I'd work in software development, but one thing lead to the next and here I am. Let me tell you about my journey into Agile and a little bit about myself. 

Learning the Agile manifesto and the 12 principles of Agile were game changes for me. Here I'll break them down and explore what the  Agile framework offers us and how practitioners can maximize the advantages of the Agile framework.

Scrum is the most common framework for adapting the Agile principles to Software Development. Here I'll explore how the framework functions and best practices for succeeding with Scrum. 

While Agile makes perfect sense for software development, Agile ideals can be found behind successes across all industries. I'm always wearing my "Agile glasses" and spotting case studies in the world around me.  

Every organization modifies the Scrum framework in one way or the other to suit their needs. While some modifications make life easier for Agile practitioners others can provide unique challenges. Here I'll make some practical suggestions to overcoming common Agile anti-patterns. 

Since you don't know what you don't know, why would you search for it? Here I'll organize valuable Agile and Scrum by role in hopes that you might find exactly what you never knew you always needed to advance your Agile skills, or you might find what you need to survive your first Agile assignment.

I try to practice what I preach, so my intention is to tackle this site in an agile fashion. Therefore, I plan to practice feedback-based iteration. Please stop by my retrospective page to discuss Agile or help me improve the site.
